Psychiatry inverted the hierarchy of science — it built theory and application on top of a definition it never established. Definition → Architecture → Theory → Application. Restore that sequence and mental health becomes a precision discipline: faculties scored, blindspots detected, interventions sequenced by architectural priority rather than diagnostic label.
The Mission
Move the goal from symptom relief to sovereignty.
Recovery is not the absence of symptoms. It is the capacity for self-directed cognitive mastery. Patients relapse because treatment returns them to the misaligned baseline that produced the crisis. THYMOS builds the instrument that finds the misalignment — and the books put the map into the hands of people who will never see a clinician.
The Philosophy
You are not broken, and you are not a machine.
The therapeutic model says heal. The productivity model says optimise. Both treat symptoms while ignoring architecture. There is a third path: the examined architecture, understood and aligned, producing a life you have actually chosen. Failure is usually structural, not moral — and that shift, from judgment to diagnosis, is what makes correction possible.
